Terry,

If the Enbrel doesn't work, you might want to ask your RD about Kineret. It

is a daily injection rather than biweekly and is just a tiny bit cheaper than

Enbrel. I thought I remembered you saying you had to pay for your rx's.

Don't know how you do it. Keeping my fingers crossed this combo works for

you. Tery - FL

Hi Terry, I have had 8 injections of Enbrel and 9th coming up Monday. I have

noticed a very slight improvement but nothing to talk about. The only other meds

I am taking are 5mg Prednisone and 1 celebrix/day. How long did it take before

you noticed a real significant improvement?

Terry,

The enbrel took 3 months for me to kick in and then the pain is still here

but fatigue gone and inflammation gone. Although around my surgeries I had

to stop it and joints that don't hurt at all usually were hurting so I guess

it helps that too. Don't know a thing about kineret. Sounds interesting.
