Guest guest
Hi a: I am no where near any kind of expert on homeopathy but I do a little reading in it and I have a few books on it. I do have a friend who has a degree as a clinician in this field. I got interested in it because of her. It is very interesting and amazing at times. It doesn't always work. I think because one has to know exactly which pill for which symptoms a person has. Causticum can be used for Arthritis and Rheumatism, I gave it to my cat Tiger for a year before she died. Without giving her that she was unable to walk. With is she did pretty good. However, it can also be used for incontinence of urine. In fact the little bottle that I have of it says it is for bedwetting. I was not wetting the bed but I was having a hard time running to the bathroom with my poor legs. I figured bedwetting was close enough so I tried it. Luckily I have been good since. Many times there are homeopathy meds that are good for several problems. The meds are fairly inexpensive and are very safe. Check with a health store near you if you can find one. Also, and Noble has several books on homeopathy. I use other hom.meds for pain and stiffness and sciatica. It does help, sometimes very well. My other cat had a problem every summer her eyes and her paws would swell up. It looked so painful, she would cry and limp. She had it a couple of times. I took her to the vet and she couldn't do anything for her. She said it is some kind of virus and she didn't know how to treat it. Well, I told my friend Sheila, (she is the one with the degree in homeopathy) and she told me to give her a med called APIS. I got it at the health store and gave it to her a couple of times. Guess what, she has never gotten that swelling back again. Thank God. Homeopathy can be amazing. I know some people are afraid of Homeopathy but it has been used for centuries. Modern medicine today isn't always safe and we take it cause the Doctor tells us to. I think we can all benefit from Homeopathy. Good Luck. Sincerely, Colletti Anjillah@...
Guest guest
, Homeopathy is not scary to me. It's endured the test of time. You're lucky to have someone so knowledgeable as your friend. It sounds like she has helped you and your cats on more than one occasion. I've been reading some sites about homeopathy. It's one treatment I haven't tried. One of the promises I've made to myself is to find a qualified alternative physician, even if it means traveling. As I watch my body deteriorate in spite of Enbrel and the host of other meds I take, I feel the desperation to do something. This is where I have to be cautious. There is so much quackery out there that feeds on that desperation. That is why my criteria for a doctor will be high. Thanks for the info. I will definitely look up causticum. How are you feeling? a Re: [ ] Question??????about remicade -Hi Kathy/PAULA Hi a: I am no where near any kind of expert on homeopathy but I do a little reading in it and I have a few books on it.
