As a Vegan I am concerned over getting sufficient B12 (and whatever

else might be in meat that I may need).

But I can't get it down. Just the smell makes me violently ill.

I've since stopped trying to eat meat and substituted small amounts of

salmon. Even with this I'm having a bit of difficulty...
