Guest guest Posted August 11, 2005 Report Share Posted August 11, 2005 As a Vegan I am concerned over getting sufficient B12 (and whatever else might be in meat that I may need). But I can't get it down. Just the smell makes me violently ill. I've since stopped trying to eat meat and substituted small amounts of salmon.
