Guest guest
Hi all and Happy Holidays! I hope there's someone online today who can help me with this. I just received some sweet almond oil, and was dismayed to learn it has hardly any scent. Any product that I've purchased containing sweet almond oil, lotions, soaps, etc. always has a very sweet, pretty, yummy scent, that I guess I wrongly assumed was the oil itself. I wanted to make some last-minute creams with this yummy scent. Does anyone have any suggestions for maybe bringing that scent out? Is there another oil I need to combine it with to get that scent? Thanks for your help, Tab
Guest guest
Hi Tab, Sweet almond oil is not what provides that lovely scent. I believe it is benzaldehyde which I think is like an almond essential oil but with the nasties removed. You may want to check further with the list for specifics or to confirm whether this is an accurate description. Tina Eberts Love Baskets Lumsden, Saskatchewan Canada tews@... Guest guest
There are almond FOs that are pretty nice. Most of the big online FO suppliers will have either an almond or honey almond FO. :-> - Ela (000)___(000) Ela Heyn / @ @ \ ferret@... | | ======@====== http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/5483
