yep...a max of 15 drops/ounce of carrier. actually, less than that will

probably be effective.

the problem with using orange in lip balms or salt scrubs is, more then

sensitivity, orange and lemon are extraordinarily drying to the skin....

and I'm not sure how that works in combination with the 'theory' of a salt

scrub...I mean, we are trying to smoothe and moisturize the skin, right?

and orange will tend to counteract that I think...would love Donna's

input on this one!

now, for a FOOTCARE salt scrub..go with tea tree and a bit of

peppermint..refreshing and antifungal/antibacterial..but that's JUST for feet.

for an allover the body, I'd prefer lavender, or geranium, or some of the

wonderful basenote oils...they are better for skin care...
