This was an interesting paper because it points out the role of fats

in Type 2 Diabetes. The thing that caught my eye was that " it is

probably not the accumulation of fat in muscle cells that causes

insulin resistance but rather the accumulation of other metabolites,

including diacylglycerol (DAG), that occur at the same time (17). "

Some time ago, we discussed Enova oil.

It would not surprise me if several years from now we start seeing

people with Type 2 Diabetes who developed it after adding Enova oil to

their diet.
