Guest guest
I think the req't for b12 is overstated. The only person I know with a b12 deficiency was a meat eater. It's the intrinsic factor. I think we can absorb b12 thru the skin, and I think plants grown organically, must absorb some. There was a report several years back which reported that, done by an Israeli scientist, as I recall, but it never made it to pubmed. But why take a chance? Your first instinct that there may be some protein we don't know about in meat, I like better. Try lean loin pork. Stir fry with vegetables. Chinese restaurants will make just about anything you want. Regards. [ ] Fat (was Re: Obesity prostate cancer protection?) I take a handful now... maybe I don't need to eat eat anything else atall.
