Guest guest
>We dabble in aromatherapy. Someone recently asked me if we could get > " boswellian serra " The serra is the only thing she actually spelled. I >don't even know what it is. I'm assuming it is an essential oil. >I know there are aromatherapy folks who know far more than us so I >thought I'd ask. >Anybody? Boswellia serrata is a variety of incense...there are three types of incence essential oil normally available on the commercial market... boswellia carterii is the one most commonly seen, Boswellia serrata is from India, softer and lighter than the traditional carterii. (You may see it labled " Indian incense " ) but since boswellia sacra is also produced in India...that's why we use latin names.
