Dear FORUM,

Mr. Jajiv is right, but I have a clear feeling that good NGOs that cannot pay

backhand to what officials in chage in the governments ask for are not involved

in the process and are looked by raised eyebrows.

Similar would be the case when communities involve.

Those who are corrupt and are able to get in league with the corrupt system

shall play the game. It is not difficult to imagine what results that would

achieve.

How can we address the problem of corruption that is assuming a gigantic

proportion?
