Guest guest Posted December 5, 2005 Report Share Posted December 5, 2005 New to CR, have been interested in it for a while now, finally managed to find a copy of " The Anti-Aging Plan " the other day, but want to start the diet with the least amount of shock to my body as possible. I am average size, about 5'9 " or so and 160-170 depending on day and time of day, a little out of shape due ot my own fault, and have general anxiety dissorder. Haven't been eating the most nutritious diet lately, not fast food or store prepared, but definitly more than is necessary in terms of ammount and calories. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also will be doing some driving over the next couple of weeks on extended trips to different cities so another reason I want the least shock to my system, don't want to start getting drowsier than normal or any thing along those lines while on the road.
