Best way to balance omega 6 and omega 3

We read the ratio should be 4 or 5:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3

We also read that Flaxseed does not necessarily get absorbed well.

What should we use Grapeseed oil and Flaxseed oil or Chia Seeds and in

what ammounts?

If we quit eating salmon or sardines what are we to do?
