Guest guest Posted November 2, 2005 Report Share Posted November 2, 2005 We read the ratio should be 4 or 5:1 Omega 6 to Omega 3 We also read that Flaxseed does not necessarily get absorbed well. What should we use Grapeseed oil and Flaxseed oil or Chia Seeds and in what ammounts? If we quit eating salmon or sardines what are we to do?
