Guest guest
Hi Bobert: I am afraid I can't help you regarding organic, defatted, sunflower seed meal. But your post raises for me a different issue which is why would you want to make things so difficult for yourself by trying to be a vegan? Why not take the much easier - perhaps safer - route of eating some fish? If your reasoning is that fish are animals and it is therefore unethical to eat them let me ask you what it is you think fish eat? In the overwhelming majority of cases they eat other fish. They do not seem to have much in the way of ethical qualms themselves about eating each other, so why would you feel you should? It is a bit like the complaints some people have that the spaniards stole so much gold from the incas. The incas had stolen most of what they had from other tribes in previous centuries ........... and had to kill them to get it. But we each have to make our own decisions about these things. And, naturally, we are all entitled to. Rodney. > > Hello everyone, > > I have been spending a lot of time researching CRON solutions for > vegans and have hit a brick wall.
