Guest guest
Hello all, I am a new member, but not new to practising CRON (intermittently) over the last 4 years or so. I have done papers on it in college. I have taken it up again as a lifestyle this time seriously. I was recently diagnosed with a more mild form of muscular dystrophy which exposes us lucky ones to higher incidences of Insulin resistance, heart conduction issues, cognitive decline, in addition to the obvious muscle involvement. It seems to me nearly obvious that CRON would be beneficial even to me, but I wanted to reach out for more opinions and research regarding CRON (even practiced mildy) as a sort of treatment. Would it/ Could it possibly help with slowing progression of existing disease, while delaying onset of other nasty ailments? Thanks for the feedback, D.H.
