Management Development Programme on Sustainable Financing for Health Care in

Developing CountriesOctober 25-30, 2004

We are pleased to inform you that Indian Institute of Health Management Research

(IIHMR) Jaipur is organizing a Management Development Programme on “Sustainable

Financing for Health Care in Developing Countries” from October 25 to 30, 2004

at IIHMR, Jaipur, India. The course will be focused mainly on important and

critical issues related to sustainable financing for health care, i.e., cost

analysis, resource mobilization and public private partnerships. For details,

It is designed for mid-level health care professionals who have been involved in

health planning, health financing, managing and generating health resources and

who work for ministries of health, governmental agencies, planning agencies,

implementing agencies, public health institutions, non-governmental

organizations, and voluntary agencies. The prior knowledge of economics/finance

is not essential.

We would appreciate if you could kindly nominate suitable candidates from your

organization for the programme. I would be grateful if you could forward the

information regarding the programme to potential candidates/institutions.
