Guest guest
The Hegsted equations for determining the change in blood cholesterol values are based on deltas in the consumption of different fats. Is it possible, using these equations, to determine an optimal ratio of lipid consumption? That is to say, is there a set of ratios for which no improvement can be made by changing a variable? I ask because the equations seem helpful, if you are intending to make changes to your diet. But how best to evaluate the steady state? Thanks, -
