Polypenols and cytokines

Hi All,

It seemed to be of interest that, while the pdf-available below paper found

significant results only reducing for interferon-gamma cytokine effect of

kaempferol, there seemed to be a hormetic response for all five polyphenols for

most

of the three cytokines.

Would the amount of polyphenols we consume in our food affect our immune status?

none of the phenolics tested affected IL-2 or IL-4 concentrations. ...
