Is this batch destined for the trash?

Hello everyone,

I made a batch of soap recently and there seems to be a layer of oil on the

top. I think the lye might have been a bit off, it feels a bit stingy after

2 or 3 weeks so I don't think it's usable for bathing. Can this batch be

used for anything else? Laundry or something like that? If so, how do I make

laundry soap out of it? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
