I dont think there is anything to summarize or of value but I thought it would

be interesting to read.

It should still be on the newsstands.

He starts off by saying there is little scientific evidence for any of the

anit-aging movement and a lot of unproven protocols are bing promoted and that

people confuse aging with a beauty contest. Than he goes on to promote basic

healthy recommendations for diet, exercise, and meditation. Than he promotes his

own unproven theories on supplements, most of which he sells through

drugstore.com
