It should still be on the newsstands. He starts off by saying there is little scientific evidence for any of the anit-aging movement and a lot of unproven protocols are bing promoted and that people confuse aging with a beauty contest. Than he goes on to promote basic healthy recommendations for diet, exercise, and meditation.
