Guest guest
Hi, I'm a. I'm reading as much as I can online about CR, having just found out about it by accident several days ago. When I was a little kid I told my mom " I am going to live to be 109, or maybe 102 " . I actually remember saying this to her and thinking it was absolutely going to be true. We are not a super long-lived family but I was looking out the window at our yard and enjoying how beautiful it was... and thinking I might like to be able to look at it forever, maybe. So, finding out about CR at age 46 and reading that one cannot extend their lifespan if they start this late is a bit of a disappointment. But maybe I am going to live to 102 anyway and by doing this I'll add health to my years. Any info on starting CR at the ripe old age of 46 would be appreciated. One thing is that I am high-risk for osteoporosis and so am going to incorporate 100% of my calcium requirement into any nutritional changes I make. It's not that hard... I just drink milk and eat greens for the next 57 years! I've done some sample daily diets and it's not that hard for me to put in 3 cups (8 oz each) of low-fat milk per day and still have lots of room for other healthy stuff. a
