Guest guest Posted December 23, 2005 Report Share Posted December 23, 2005 Hi folks: Splenda, including as it does both dextrose and maltodextrin in addition to its sucralose, seems like a truly extraordinary example of how to muck up an excellent product (sucralose). Both dextrose and maltodextrin have very high glycemic indexes ........... higher than 100 in the latter case, I believe. Anyway the reason for this post is to provide a link that seems to have some pretty helpful information about maltodextrin.
