Guest guest
By the way, for those interested, I spent a lot of effort developing a weight charting tool, that takes in two measurements during the day, and then computes a 4-day moving average weight. It's at eatqod.com - http://eatqod.com/weight-loss-charting-tools.htm you can log in completely anonymously. You can keep track of your weight in 6-month segments. Sort of interesting to see how weight fluctuates, etc. Anyone is welcome to use it. It takes inputs from either an interactive calendar tool, or you can upload a plain text file. For those doing IF, you can check a box for the ON day. If you're interested, log on as (same password) and click on " draw chart " - this is my weight from July - mid-Dec in 2004 on the QOD diet. Since Dec 2004 I then ate regularly after the holidays and gained back to about 196 lbs by July 2005, went back on QOD in July, dropped back quickly to 185 after about 2 months and that's sort of where I am now. Anyway, it's sort of fun to track weights. I'm also very interested in the daily weight fluctuations for IF'ers which I think are due to glycogen loading and discharging. These weight fluctuations should be different with different types of IF.
