Society for Service to Voluntary Agencies (SOSVA) invites application

for the following posts for a joint HIV/AIDS project funded by

International Agency.

Qualifications relaxable for exceptional candidates.

Project location: GBMC/Thane.

Deputy Project Director

A degree in Medicine/Social Sciences/ MPH/Business Administration with

total of 5yrs of project experience of which minimum 2 yrs in

HIV/AIDS. .

Program Managers (3 posts)

A degree in Medicine/Social Sciences/ MPH/Business Administration with

minimum 2 yrs experience in HIV/AIDS. .

Behavioral counseling Manager

A masters degree in Social Work/ Psychology with minimum experience of

3 yrs in HIV /AIDS counseling with sound knowledge of related issues.

Quality Control Manager

A post graduate degree with relevant experience to design and

implement quality control functions spanning from whole range of

project activities from service delivery to administration,

accounting, monitoring and finance.

He/she will be located outside project operations and report directly

to the Chief Executive.

Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

A degree in Social Sciences/ MPH/Business Administration

with sound knowledge of project management and 3-5 yrs previous

experience in monitoring/evaluation.

Material Procurement Manager

Appropriate academic qualification with 2/3 experience in materials

management like procurement, stock keeping, distribution of supplies..

Project Accounts Officer

An M Com degree and having 2 yrs experience and knowledge upto

finalization of balance sheet.

Administrative assistant

A post graduate degree with minimum 5 yrs' similar experience with

NGOs/development agencies.
