Guest guest
, I'll include my results of blood work I get each year for HAZMAT work I do. I get three pages of blood results. I am 53, 6 ft 2.5, and my weight fluctuates around 225 pounds. I work an extended night shift, encapsulated inside a suit. I am not a good CRONer as I am only able to eat one meal per day when on that schedule. My values may provide you some insight into yours. I am supposed to fast for 12 hours prior to testing, but this year I only skipped 4 hours. Glucose 102 There is a new range of 65-99. The old range was 120 upper limit. mg/dl Potassium 4.6 3.5 -5.5 mmol/l HDL 54 mg/dl LDL 93 mg/dl Triglycerides 99 mg/dl Total cholesterol 167 mg/dl I have not been lifting weights for the last 4 months as usual, so my HDL is a little lower than it is normally. I would be glad to include any other numbers offline if you wish. >Message: 1 > Date: Mon, 01 May 2006 14:53:35 -0000 > From: " berko5517 " <michelleberkovitz@...> >Subject: Lipid (or other blood lab) ranges in CRON > >Has anyone postulated healthy lipid (or other blood lab) ranges for >the CRON community?
