Use of Matrimonails for raising awareness about testing for hiv in a vctc

Hello everyone,

This is to just raise a debate as to whether matrimonails should be

used for raising awareness about testing for hiv in a vctc.

Is it a done thing that these columns should be treated as a vehicle only or

whether promotion of it previous to marriage and a consecutive negative test

report creates a false sense of security for the spouses. There could also be a

sense of concern that those at risk would still not be addressed but

predominantly only those about to marry would be getting tested.
