Dr W gives pointers on how to find a CRON friendly physician on pp 224-225 of BT120YD. For those people who haven't yet read the book, this is a must read for this group. It is available in most public libraries if you don't want to buy it (as well as on the web if you want to buy it and then own a reference copy. I refer to it often and find it invaluable to have on hand).
