Seeking information about HIV and prisoner rights in india

Dear friends,

I am writing a paper on sexuality minorities and the law in india for a Kerala

audience. It is for a forum dealing with capital punishment and prisoner right,

but they want to have participation from different types of social movements

One of the issues i would like to touch upon is hiv/ hiv prevention in prisons.

Are there people on this list or online resources i can contact for more

information, particularly in the indian context??
