Guest guest
I'm wondering about the apparently well-known decrease in sleep time amongst CRONies. It seems to be generally regarded as a good thing, but is there any real scientific reason to assume this is a sign of the body needing less sleep rather than the normal sleep mechanisms not functioning properly due to extreme conditions? I certainly sleep less since I started CR and I'm generally not tired during the day, but I'm not sure I can rely on tiredness to actually determine if my body and mind need more sleep but don't get it because of some mechanism that limits sleep when not enough food is available.
