Guest guest
Hi Folks, Since there are many new members, I thought I'd remind you of the resources on the web site. Quite a bit of technical information gets posted in this group, and many of our most informed posters will use acronyms when discussing important nutritional information. To help with understanding what's going on, I created an ACRONYM TABLE in the resource files that explains the acronyms I run across in the day-to-day posts here. To reach it, first go to the home page: / and click on the " DATABASE " link on the left-hand side. When you join , you automatically receive information about many of the other resources. In the " FILES " section, there are tips for doing CR, information about important CR studies, arguments that keep cropping up on this list (that we don't want to keep discussing), sites for keeping track of your diet, and much more. When you go to this link, please look for the index file to see what's there. In the " LINKS " section, there are recipes recommended by our members, pointers to web sites that sell products useful for CR, and nutritional information. I recommend taking time to look around in the files on the home page. There is a lot to read and learn! Diane
