There is an online food search tool based on the USDA SR 18 that allows you to do this. You can put in the food category (fish, dairy, etc) and search for foods that are the highest in ____?? (up to 3 nutrients) and at the same time lowest in _____?? (3 nutrients)per 200 calories. So, you can search for foods highest in b12 and lowest in Met.. and also lowest in saturated fat, and calories (for CR) and also highest in omega 3s , or whatever.
