Hello Bill,

In order to insure that anything I might say would not be considered

redundant information and therefore deleted, I looked back in the

Archives using " resveratrol " and " dosage " . I do not find any messages

in the past year that address the subject of resveratrol benefits and

toxicity. (In fact only 15 messages since the group's beginning show

up using those 2 words - and 8 of those are since January 18 2007.)

However, since some here do not consider much (maybe all)

supplementation in addition to CR to be of benefit, instead of

attempting to answer your questions in this message I will simply say

that considerable discussion on the value of and dosages for

resveratrol (both in extract and pure synthetic forms) has taken place

at sci.life-extension newsgroup (accessible through Groups Google -

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.life-extension/topics ) and also at

a group solely for those interested in or involved in

resveratrol usage, Resveratrol Users -

resveratrol-users/ (Neither

Wakfer nor I are owners of or moderators of that group.)

Bill, you will find considerable peer-reviewed information provided at

both of those locations. Also there is much discussion on

interpretation of study results using various sources of resveratrol

and many personal anecdotal reports.
