It was interesting that in the referenced article:

1) Alcohol was bad for the oral cavity, pharynx, esophagus and bowel.

2) Milk was good for the bowel

3) Thermally hot foods and drinks were bad for the oral cavity,

pharynx and esophagus.

Think about this every time that you burn your tongue with your green

tea, or when you use strong mouth washes with alcohol.

Probably calculate that by the veggies at McD's.

BTW, I found at walmart the McD's there is not allowed to serve egg muffins. They CAN serve the egg biscuit. Funny because the biscuit has considerably more fat.
