Guest guest
Hi , I do not have the information that you request, but have adopted my diet changes based on what I read and hear and what I have been eating. The USDA has the nutiritonal breakdown of the foods that I take, and my remaining foods are in a relative state of flux, depending on the cost, availability, quality and desirability of the foods. Flaxseeds, some other seeds, nuts, olives and avocado are vegetarian foods with healthy fats in them. Cheers, Al. --- drsusanforshey <drsusanforshey@...> wrote: > Could you give us a nutritional breakdown of that combination because > I am worried that I'm not getting enough of the good fats from just > plants.
