vcl,

I am not on celebrex, (4.5 mgs daily of LDN only) I am able to walk more and more with the help of LDN. Also I do "Windsor Polities exercises" developed by my PT and that helps reduce stiffness and stress. I do find I have to keep moving with LDN I am not unhappy with my situation any change for the better is great! I do use a scooter for distance walking and with LDN loading and unloading the scooter has become easier. I have a part manual lift for my honda CRV.

Swimimg or bathing is a real problem for me in any temperature water to cold and I cramp to warm I can't walk after I walk in it. Many people have recommended it but I feel "cat like" about it. (This started a year ago, before that I loved the water; we even have a pool, I can no longer use.) Maybe next year! After LDN CU Joanne

If you are able yo exercise, walking will reduce the stiffness. I also swim 3-4 days per week. After 5 weeks on the LDN, I do not notice the stiffness. And cold, high-humidity weather can also increase the stiffness. So, I take a hot (not too hot) bath with epsom salts and that soothes away the stiffness and regular it aches and pains. Hope it works.Peace!VCL
