NACO must sponsor an episode of KBC-2

Dear Forum,

A humble idea just crossed my mind which I would like to put forth to you for

consideration and action.

Why does not NACO sponsor one episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC2)(The Hindi

version of who wants to be a millionaire) which starts today and have Mr.

Bachachan talk only about HIV/AIDS.

His questions would be only on HIV-AIDS and who-ever wins will win only because

s/he knows all there is to know about HIV-AIDS.

Planners at NACO who work with communication can work out which ones would be

the best questions depending upon what can be realistically achieved in terms of

IEC, BCC etc. from such an intervention.

Mr. Bachachan is today's super star and this programme is likely to get a very

very high viewership across all C & S homes which is a huge

chunk of indian population.

And one humble suggestion for your consideration:

Maybe the questions can be so framed that they facilitate more BCC rather than

IEC.

I am serious about this. What do you guys say?
