Guest guest
Speaking of this challenge. How did everyone do yesterday?? I did pretty good. On a scale of 1-5 I give myself a 4.5 (5 animal cookies killed it) but overall a good day. Donna H Re: Weekly challenge Who's in? Count me in on the weekly challenge! This gives me even more incentive to " cut " this one or so percent of bodyfat off to get where I was before stopping the cardio in December. Thanks all and everybody eat clean, work out, and imbibe! Let's do it!! I'm ready for anything at this point! I had an okay workout this morning, but I need help getting to my 10s on my triceps. Any ideas? Also, I saw a relative today and she said to me, and I quote: " You look so great for having two kids. It's not fair. You're so lucky. " LUCKY??????? What does she think, I came out of the hospital with my baby and took some special formula the doctor gave me? I think not! It's more like working my BUTT off every day for the last 2 years and STILL not being where I wanna be! LUCKY!! I guess I am lucky, because luckily I know what it takes to believe in yourself! Now I'm certainly ready to 'cross the abyss' and take it one step further! HA! (Sorry for the tangent, I am just in a good mood I guess!) Any ideas? What exercises are you currently doing? I LOVE tricep dips, either done on an assisted pull-up machine (using the handles) or off the side of a bench or chair (if at home). They are tough but have really helped to develop my tris. I also like close-grip bench presses, pullovers and " triangle " pushups to hit my tris, especially after doing an exercise like extensions first. > I guess I am lucky, because luckily I know what it takes to believe > in yourself!
