Guest guest
Wait'll they're a little older! lol Rita Re: Diet pills/fat burners Rita and Dawn, You guys are too funny. And, yes, since I drink about 3-4 quarts of water a day (plus a couple glasses crystal light) a day, I feel like I spend half my day in the bathroom. Sometimes I think I have an extra small bladder or something, because, seriously, I pee A LOT. For example, I stop drinking at about 8 pm, so I don't have to wake up six times at night to pee (I still get up at least twice, however). So in the morning when I wake up, 12 hours have passed since I drank any liquid, and I still pee like four times before I leave the house to go work-out at 9 am. What's up with that??? Plus, I have to pee like every ten miutes after I work out and right fter I take a shower. Is that NORMAL? My friend think it's funny, but I actually have to plan when I'm going out on the town and make sure I don't drink anything for a couple hours beforehand, so I don't pee my pants while searching for the bathroom. Yup.. scary One of the other reasons I avoid most all the " normal " supplements is that I've had lots of kidney stones. Just not worth even a small risk!
