You might want to check out the files, to see the different categories going on there. Please keep in mind that we haven't added all of the files yet. It takes a while as we have to save them in word, and then up load. You may participate or just read. If you have questions, please feel free to ask, and we will definitely try to help. This group is a little different as I am a firm believer to be healthy in all ways, we need to be aware what is going on in many areas. Hope you will enjoy yourself.
