Kat, I am glad you like the files section. I will say 80% of the articles there, have already been shared with the group. The exception would be the E-books, Links, and of course videos. Your idea, is an excellent one, just like Randolph's reposting the soap. I do have an idea, thanks to you. I have a print screen program, that would allow me to take a category once a week, showing all the articles in it. Maybe I will show a list of the articles under a specific category, and rotate the categories from week to week. Thank you! Lots of Love, Joy

I snagged a good tid-bit on the 5 Tibetan exercises, and plan to go back for more after the holidays and possibly even before : )

I think you should do what works best for YOU, Joy, as well as Michele and aSoaringhawk and EVERYONE else that contributes info. : )

There's soooooooo much GREAT stuff in there already, I feel like a kid in a candy store...lol
