Randolph, inner peace is necessary. Meditation is not a psychic ability though. It is an exercise. If one has visions while meditating, then the vision is a psychic ability. If a person has inner peace, then the small things will not upset them. Blessings, Joy

It would be a wonderful feeling,one of inner piece if

we knew that our government was doing what is best for

the people,I for one do worry about this,sometimes!!
