funded by bilateral agency and is in the process of submission of detailed

Projects are based at Kanpur/Lucknow in UP and Patna in Bihar. Project

coordinators will be placed at different towns.

1 Team Leader- One Post -Post graduated in Social work or management with 12

years experience in health sector and 5 yrs in HIV/AIDS field.

2 Deputy Team Leader-One Post - Post graduated in Social work or management

with 8 years experience in health sector and 3 yrs in HIV/AIDS field.

3 Project Officers- Two Posts- Postgraduate in Social science with 7 years

experience in working with NGO sector and 3 years in HIV/AIDS field.

4 Project Coordinators- Four Posts- Post graduate in Social Sciences with

total 5 years experience in working with NGO and 2 years experience in HIV/AIDS

field.

5 Training Officer- One Post- Post graduate in Social Sciences with 7 years

experience in developing training modules, training schedule, contacting

resource persons, conducting training and preparing report of training.

6 MIS Officer-One Post- MBA with 5 years of experience in NGO sector.

7 Finance Officer- One Post-C A with 7 years experience in auditing accounts

of NGOs

8 Assistant Finance Officer- One Post- M.Com with 5 years experience as

accountant in NGO sector.
