Though it is better than just regular milk, we are getting what they add in milk like extra added vitamin D and other vitamins, adding omega 3's, and DHA well I wonder how it tastes? And when they are getting ready to go sour, I can taste and smell it, before my Dad can, and I can't drink it, yet, I love buttermilk. Buttermilk is very good for you. I havent drank any milk plain in yrs myself, it doesnt sit well with me, I rather drink water than any liquid beside green tea. I can see that milk has effected my pregnant daughter's digestion, she is always mucus-y, and throws up alot, and she is in her 7th month, so this has nothing to do with morning sickness anymore, she loves to drink milk, and I am trying to get her to stop having it as she is better off drinking water when she is thristy, milk is a food not a drink, that is just my opinion. thanks for passing this on.
