HI joy,

yes, good article and reminder. What I have heard and

true for myself, is that the bubbles in soda also

cause esphogus errosion which is not just from bubbles

in the soda, but also from the phosphoric acid.

I have dropped soda now for more than a few years, I

would like my whole family not to even drink ginger

ale, however my husband says he needs it to digest, so

I buy it for him.

Coke-a-cola used to have cocaine in it in the early

1900's, but since then they took it out, otherwise the

cocaine was probably the best part! HE-HE...(just

kidding)

Sugar in a drink I see this in my grandson and my

youngest son when little. They get really hyper, like

those juice pops and worse yet the koolaide pops you

freeze, after they eat this, they want more, addiction

to them like crazy, and they act up, their behavior is

out of wack, they bounce off the walls, and have

temper tantrums, this is a no-no for my 4 yr old

grandson, it makes him have symptoms of ADD. Also

cereals for him cause him to act out in bad behavior,

but worse is the drink with the sugar in it, goes

straight to the blood and brain!

Just my experience.

OMG! I know I heard this very often but never actually

knew that people used it that way to remove rust!

Really, advertising on the tele makes an impact on

people's choice of products too.

I was a popaholic. If I would have known then what I know now how it would leave my body messed up I would have never drank it when I was little.

Spiritual freedom is my birthright.

I am a free thinker. I am able to rise above mental

prejudices and stereotypes of others.

I am a free thinker. Nobody and nothing can manipulate

me or deceive me.

I am a free thinker. I freely choose truth and love.

Today, I embrace a greater degree of spiritual

freedom.
