Guest guest
Dear forum We are in midst of non-availibilty of ARVs at the Free ART Centres. But recently the centres at J.N. hospital (Imphal) is distributing Trimune-40 instead of Trimune-30 to those who are taking Trimune-30. They are just giving it without advising the PLWHAs on ARTs. But they talking about adherence, resistance, overdose, etc. etc. If the person took the Trimune-40 instead of Trimune-30 and what is the antedote for the overdose? Who will be the responsiblity of it? The PLWHAs itself?. What is the systems out here? They are talking about 3x5 but out here they are going to kill 300 PLWHAs x 2005. We tried every means but not a response from the concerned authoirties. We need a collective voices for this issue because this is not the time to sit down hand tied but time to act. Please give us a suggestion so that we can act up now. In solidarity Ratan E-mail: <ratanng@...>
