Dear all,

Issue of Pre marriage testing for HIV is only related

with social stigma and denial. No doubt it is the

society who has to deide for it. But as we all trying

for establishing value of civil society,measurity

stands for the civil society,where HIV/AIDS is broadly

a social problem inflamated as health problem.

Government has to strike the balance for strengthened

civil society, where all the citizens has the right of

information for persuading safe and joyful life.

Its a prime responsibility of all the policy makers

and community leader to bestow the growth of civil

society.We should facilitate pre marriage testing of

HIV , at least in High and moderate prevalent states

in india.
