She hasn't met anyone on her trial & wishes she could. I'm sure it would be a great help to her to talk to you about your experience. May she contact you? I am still on Gleevec and I have added on the CMLVAX vaccine trial to my treatment regime. INNO-406, is a novel BCR-ABL/Lyn dual tyrosine kinase inhibitor that suppresses the growth of Ph+ leukemia cells in the central nervous system. My understanding is that it is being offered as a Phase I single agent trial under Dr. Kantarjian. I will keep Priscilla in my prayers. Wish I could be of more help.
