Guest guest Posted April 13, 2008 Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Is there any food or drink that you should not have after taking MMS other than vitamin C such as coffee or tea and for how long should you avoid it after taking a dose. I was also wondering what effect metal has on it as you are not supposed to stir the mixture with a metal spoon.
