Thanks for posting this. I am going to give it a try.

[ ] An HCV article for those afflicted

(Seems awfully simplistic; too good to be true?)

As reported in The Best Years in Life Health News<http://www.tbyil. com/healthnews. htm> Hepatitis: Grapefruit can fight it as well as drugs Published on Saturday, April 05, 2008by Healthy News Service A grapefruit may be all it takes to fight chronic hepatitis C. Currentlysufferers have to take a powerful drug such as pegylated interferon, which comes with a range of side effects from nausea, anaemia, depression and skin rash. But researchers reckon that a grapefruit or another citrus fruit couldbe just as effective, if not more so. The fruit contains the flavonoid, naringenin, which is responsible for the fruitâ?Ts bitter taste. Naringenin has the ability to block a pathway in the life cycle of thehepatitis C virus, researchers from Massachusetts General Hospital inBoston have

discovered. (Source: Journal of the American Medical Association, 2008; 299: 1532). [Printer-friendly version of this page] <http://curezone. com/forums/ fmp.asp?i= 1152343> __________________________________________________

They probably haven't checked it for other pathogens but if true for

Hep C then maybe the claim made by " some practitioners of alternative

medicine to possess antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal

properties. " is also true.
