Collating information submitted electronically (e.g.. forms submitted through the website). iv. Documenting website changes and analyzing web-traffic for program evaluation purposes. v. Designing and implementing program-specific websites/pages based on content provided by other program staff. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - Strong knowledge base and messaging skills vis-à-vis HIV/AIDS, gender, sexuality, human rights, reproductive health issues. - Strong report-writing and documentation skills. - At least five years of experience in HIV/AIDS related work in India, including programme design and implementation, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, financial and human resources management and in-depth experience in working with PLWHA. - Proven skills in providing training on HIV/AIDS prevention, care, support and treatment issues. - Experience in networking with NGOs, government agencies, corporate bodies, bilateral and multi-lateral agencies. - Graduation or higher degree from a recognized university preferably in health or social sciences. - Sufficient English, Bengali and Hindi language skills. - Sound computer skills (including use of Internet and Microsoft Office software). - Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment, with demonstrated leadership, communication, networking and presentation capabilities. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: i. Developing existing reference library services, including cataloguing and material acquisition work. ii. Developing links with other agencies and libraries, undertaking similar or related work as SAATHII. iii. Assisting other staff in their information requirements for various projects. iv. Undertaking secondary research work as per the requirements of various programs. v. Acquiring material for the library in keeping with library users' and project requirements.
