Dear Forum,

Mr. Aditya Bondyopadhyay`s unduly long mail appears too negative, critical and

pessimistic. With this type of critical mails it is not going to be easy to

respond and any person will tend to with draw.

Some excellent points are getting lost in a long and critical mail. If a shorter

mail with key negative points backed by plenty of positive suggestions will help

in the long run. This is not ot be discouraging but to be more positive.
