Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Africa and there is room for a few more trekkers. The trek will be followed by a 3 day safari to the cradle of Africa. Our expedition is leaving from Canada on December 28th and returning January 9th. If all goes as planned we will be on the summit of Kilimanjaro on January 4th. The group is comprised of CML patients and Doctors. The patients and Doctors are paying their own way and are using the trek as a way to raise funds for the continuing work of of the CML Society of Canada in providing educational and emotional support to CML Patients in Canada.
